Billing & Account

Where is my wallet and billing for marketplace purchases?
Wallet balance, invoices, payment methods, and payout settings are on Dot.st — not on Premium.st.

When you pay for a Buy Now purchase, accepted offer, or won auction, charges settle against your shared network wallet or saved card according to the checkout or escrow screen.

View transaction history and download invoices from Billing on Dot.st after payment.
How do I pay after winning an auction?
When an auction closes in your favor, follow the payment prompts in your account and any email notifications you receive.

Payment is typically due within the deadline shown on the invoice or escrow workspace. Settle from wallet balance or an allowed card on Dot.st. Failure to pay within the deadline may incur strikes or loss of the name per marketplace policy.

For member listings, completing payment opens the escrow steps for domain transfer. Contested Dropcatch wins follow the internal assignment flow shown in your account.

Getting Started

What is Premium.st?
Premium.st is the marketplace desk of the Dot.st Network.

Browse curated and member-listed .st domains for sale, submit offers, use Buy Now where available, list your own names from the seller desk, and bid in live unified auctions — including contested Dropcatch outcomes.

Your account, wallet, and billing still live on Dot.st. Sign in with the same network login you use for registrar and backorder services.
Who can bid in live auctions?
Any signed-in network member with a verified account who is not banned or compliance-locked may bid on open auctions.

You do not need to have placed the original Dropcatch backorder to join a contested auction room. You must be able to cover your bid from wallet balance or an allowed saved card, as shown on the bid form.

All open auctions with a future end time appear on Premium.st at /auctions.
Why do I need a verified account to bid or sell?
Verification helps protect buyers and sellers in high-value domain transactions.

Before bidding or listing, complete account verification on Dot.st — confirm your email and any additional checks requested in your account area. Unverified or restricted accounts cannot place bids or publish seller listings.

Verification status is shared across Dot.st, Premium.st, and Dropcatch.st because it is one network account.

Marketplace

What is the difference between Buy Now and Make an Offer?
Buy Now listings show a fixed price. When you agree to purchase at that price, checkout follows the marketplace flow for that listing.

Make an Offer lets you propose a lower or custom amount to the seller. The seller can accept, decline, or counter. Offers may expire if not answered in time.

Not every listing supports both modes — the domain page shows which options are available for that name.
What is the seller desk?
The seller desk is where verified members list .st domains they own for sale on Premium.st.

You can set Buy Now pricing, minimum offer floors, descriptions, and optionally submit names to interest-based or auction formats where eligible. Manage active listings, respond to offers, and track views from your account seller tools.

Ownership verification may be required before a listing goes public. Delisting and relisting rules apply to protect feed quality.
How does escrow work for member marketplace listings?
When you win a user-submitted auction or complete a member-to-member sale, escrow may open in your Dot.st account under the auction or transaction workspace.

For marketplace member listings, buyers can often choose Platform-Guided escrow (handled inside the network) or Standard Self-Guided transfer at an external registrar. Sellers provide auth codes where required; buyers confirm receipt steps.

Dropcatch contested auctions use internal fulfillment and do not follow the external member escrow path. The escrow page explains which mode applies to your auction.
Where do I find all live auctions?
Open Live auctions from the Premium.st header or go directly to /auctions.

That page lists every open auction across the unified dataset — Dropcatch-originated contested rooms and marketplace seller auctions together. Filter by room, sort by ending soon, and click through to place bids.

Auction timers use the end time stored for each room. Refresh the page near hammer time to see the latest high bid.

Support

How do I contact Premium.st support?
Sign in to your network account and visit dot.st/support on Dot.st to open a support ticket.

Include the domain name, listing or auction link, and a short summary. Marketplace, auction, and escrow questions are handled through the same support desk as registrar and billing issues because the network shares one account system.

For transfer or auth-code problems during escrow, attach screenshots of registrar messages if safe to share — it speeds up diagnosis.
